Westbrook primarily provides overnight Short Breaks including during school holidays.
Each Child or Young Person at Westbrook will have an identified key worker who will ensure that individual's needs are met through a child focused care planning approach.
Westbrook ensures that Young People with a disability are given the same opportunities that are available to any Child or Young Person. It has an accessible garden and sensory room and fully equipped for the children's needs.
The Centre is registered with OFSTED and funded by the London Borough of Hounslow.
