Specialist Assessment nurseries

Specialist Assessment nurseries do not require an EHCP for admission- admissions are arranged by the SEN Service. 
Location: Hanworth / Feltham
Age group: 3 to 4 years
Needs: severe or profound and multiple learning difficulties, some of whom also have an additional diagnosis of autism.
Children may not have diagnosis/ EHC but will usually have multiple services involved.

Special Schools

Presenting needs: Main Need: Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) may also have the following needs:
  • Social communication difficulties
  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
  • Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD)
  • Pathological Demand Avoidance Syndrome (PDAS)
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Attachment disorders.

Age group: 4 -11 years
Presenting needs: Severe or profound and multiple learning difficulties, some of whom also have an additional diagnosis of autism.

Age group:4 to 16 years
Presenting needs: All pupils have delays or difficulties in communication, interaction, cognition or learning, and function within the Moderate-Severe range of learning difficulties.

Location: Primary Hounslow, Secondary and College Osterley.
Age group: 4 to 19 years
Presenting needs: Profound and multiple learning difficulties early developmental levels and need their curriculum delivered using multisensory approaches. Many of our pupils have a range of complex and/or medical needs.
A range of provision for pupils whose learning is severely affected by an autistic spectrum disorder. Oaklands School has been accredited by the National Autistic Society.
