Additional Access Points
There is a separate staffed Access Point at Hounslow House operating five days a week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, providing information on Family Hub services, and linking and referring families into their local Family Hub.
What's on at your local Family Hub Central

A series of 1 to 1 session's based on cognitive behavioural therapy for mums with symptoms of post-natal anxiety and/or depression with a clinical psychologist.

A group run by the Perinatal Mental Health team.

Rhythm and rhyme time
1-2pm (No booking required)
This is for children aged 0 to 5 years helping children to develop their listening and attention, communication and language development and early literacy skills.
- 10:00 - 12:00 (No booking required but drop in before 11:30)
Drop-in infant feeding support session
Run by an NCT Breastfeeding Counsellor, offering support, encouragement and reliable information. Whether getting ready to breastfeed, continuing breastfeeding, expressing, mixed feeding, formula feeding, introducing solids, or stopping breastfeeding.
Stay and Play
- 13:30 - 15:00

For children aged 0 to 5 years. A fun, stimulating and safe environment for parents and children to take part in together. If you have concerns regarding your child's speech and language development, please speak to a member of staff.
10-11.15 (No booking required)
This group provides a relaxed and welcoming space to meet other families, ask questions about your babies development, weaning, breastfeeding and more. Each session ends with a short song or story time.
Sharing Their World
- 10:00 - 11:00 (For children aged 0-5 years with additional needs and by invitation only)
A relaxed, friendly and supportive group for parents/carers specifically tailored for children with additional needs, with or without a diagnosis including concerns of speech delay.

Young Parents Group

Young parents group provides a warm, friendly and non-judgmental platform for parents aged 25 and under to play and learn together with your child.
