Family Navigators at your local Family Hub

What are Family Hubs?
Family Hubs provide a friendly and safe space where babies, children, young people, parents, and carers can access support and services to help them thrive. They offer a single point of contact for families with children aged 0-19 years, or up to 25 years for those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND).

What do Family Navigators do?
Our Family Navigators, based in Family Hubs, provide essential guidance and connections between families and support services across a range of areas. They also assist professionals in directing families to the right services.

If you or a family you are working with need advice or support from a Family Navigator, please email us: familyhub@hounslow.gov.uk. You can ask for a meeting with Family Navigators at the times below, or at other times if needed.
