Mondays

Stay and Play
Age: 0 to 5 years
Time: 1.15 to 2.30pm
Session details: A welcoming session for parents, carers, and young children to play and learn together. Enjoy a range of activities in a safe space, with adults encouraged to join in. Connect with other families and staff while supporting early learning, social skills, and confidence. Speak to a member of staff if you have concerns about your child’s development.

Maternal Mood Clinic
Time: 1:30pm - 3:30pm
Session details: By appointment only with the health visiting team, call 020 8973 3490 . Looking at your maternal mood, the babies health and wellbeing. 

Advice and Support
Age: 0 to 19 or 25 years with SEND
Time: 3 to 5pm
Session details: Supporting families and professionals to navigate services through the Family Hub and community. If you would like a session with a family navigator, call 020 8583 2991or email familyhub@hounslow.gov.uk

Family Store
Time: 3 to 4pm
Session details: Donations from one family to another. Items for children aged 0 to 5 years which includes clothes, toys and equipment. Collection and drop off's are welcome.

Tuesdays

Perinatal Appointments
Time: 9.30am to 1pm
Notes: Booking via your Health Visitor or Midwife.

Advice and Support
Age: 0 to 19 or 25 years with SEND
Time: 10 to 12pm

Sensory Room Bookings
Age: 0 to 5 years with additional needs
Time: 10 to 12pm
Session details: Booking required. A quiet space for children with SEND or additional needs, filled with sensory equipment to help them explore and learn. Please note, this session is not led by staff, but are available if you need any support.

Infant Feeding Support - Walk and Talk (NCT)
Age: Families with children aged 2 to 5 years
Time: 11am to 12.30pm. NCT led Meeting at 11am at the Watermans Centre Bus Stop (Riverside), High Street, Brentford.
Session details: NCT-led buggy-friendly walk. Take a gentle stroll to Brentford Family Hub, arriving around 11.30am. Then relax with a cup of tea, let your little ones play, and connect with other parents. Trained NCT peer supporters will be available to discuss any infant feeding concerns you may have.

Wednesday

Antenatal Clinic
Time: 9am to 3pm
Notes: By appointment only via a midwife. Session run by West Middlexsex Maternity Department.

Baby TLC
Age: Non walkers
Time: 10 to 11.15am
Session details: This is by invite only and delivered by the Parent and Infant Relationship Service (PAIRS). A baby group for non-walkers and their parents/carers to play together, talk, listen and connect. For more information contact the Family Hub.

Thursdays

Stay and Play with CAMHS
Age: 0 to 5 years
Time: 10 to 11.15am
Session details: A fun, stimulating and safe environment for parents and children to take part in together. If you have concerns regarding your child’s development, please speak to a member of staff.

Child Development Reviews
Time: 11.30am to 3pm
Notes: By appointment only with a Health Visitor. Call 0203 808 3380 to arrange

CAMHS Consultations
Age: 2 to 5 years
Time: 2 to 5pm
Session details: By appointment only, contact the family hub for more information. Parents and carers can gain support regarding their child’s emotional wellbeing and early relationships, from the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) Under 5s team. A member of the CAMHS team can listen to and support and explore whether any further support may be required from CAMHS or other services.

Youth Outreach Sessions
Age: 0 - 19 years (or 25 years with SEND)
Time: 3 to 5pm
Session details: The team will be in the local area doing youth outreach, using the Family Hub as a base to engage with young people from the local community. The team will provide advice, mentoring and activities for young people. The team may not always be in the Family Hub but will be close-by to come back to meet residents and young people. Contact details will be signposted on the doors.

Fridays

Postnatal Clinic
Time: 9.40am to 2.20pm
Session details: By appointment only via your midwife. 

Dad's Play
Age: 0 to 5 years
Time: 10.30 to 11.30am
Session details: A stay and play for dads/male carers with a baby or child.

Infant Feeding Drop-in
Time: 12.30 to 2.30pm
Session details: Infant feeding clinic run by West Middlesex Maternity Department

Non walkers
Age: Babies and children not yet walking
Time: 1 to 2.15pm
Session details: A relaxed and welcoming space to meet other families, ask questions about your babies: development, weaning, breastfeeding and play together. Each session ends with a short song or story time.
