Advice & Support - Family Navigators help families and professionals connect with Family Hub services. For advice or support, contact your local Family Hub.
Antenatal Clinic - Run by the West Middlesex Maternity Team. Appointments are arranged through your Midwife.
Baby & Toddler Group - A friendly and welcoming session to meet other families, get advice on child development, weaning and feeding, and enjoy a story or song together.
Baby Massage - A 5-week course helping parents and carers use nurturing touch to promote relaxation and bonding with their baby. Suitable for babies aged 6 weeks to 6 months. Places are limited and booking is required via the family hub.
Baby TLC - A referral and invitiation only group delivered by PAIRS for non-walking babies and their parents/carers. A supportive space to play, connect, and build relationships. For more information, contact the family hub
CAMHS Consultations (Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service) - Talk to a member of the CAMHS Under 5s Team about your child’s emotional wellbeing and early relationships. They can offer advice, answer questions, and discuss whether further support may be helpful. To book, contact the family hub.
Child Development Reviews - Appointment only. To book with your Health Visitor, call 020 3808 3380.
Citizens Advice - Free drop-in advice for local residents on issues including benefits, debt, housing, family relationships, and employment.
Community Play - A fun music and movement session for families living at St Giles Hotel with children aged 0-5 years. Enjoy songs, movement activities, and opportunities to meet other families.
Cook & Eat Programme - A free 6-week programme from Healthy Hounslow, combining practical cooking sessions with healthy eating advice, budgeting tips, and confidence-building in the kitchen.
Dad's Play - A welcoming stay and play session for dads and male carers with children under 5.
Family Information Service - Drop in to speak with Hounslow's Family Information Service (FIS) about funded childcare and early education options.
Family Store - Pre-loved items donated by local families for children aged 0-5 years.
Girls on the Spectrum (GOS) - A supportive and inclusive group for neurodiverse girls diagnosed with, or awaiting assessment for, Autism or ADHD. Referrals are accepted from local secondary schools, Social Prescribers, and Family Hubs. For more information, email Jennie.tweedy@reachfoundation.org.uk.
Hounslow Youth Council (HYC) - An opportunity for young people aged 11-18 years, or up to 25 years with SEND, to influence local decisions, develop skills, and make a positive difference in Hounslow. Participants must live, study, or work in the borough.
Infant Feeding Drop-in (West Mid) - Drop-in infant feeding support provided by the West Middlesex Maternity Team.
Infant Feeding Support (NCT) - Drop-in support from an NCT Breastfeeding Counsellor covering breastfeeding, expressing, mixed feeding, formula feeding and introducing solids. Please arrive early in the session.
Infant Feeding Support Walk & Talk (NCT) - Join an NCT-led buggy-friendly walk and meet other parents while accessing infant feeding support from trained peer supporters. The walk finishes at Brentford Family Hub for refreshments, play, and conversation.
LEAD Tuition - Alternative educational provision for children and young people aged 5+ with SEND. Delivered through the Alternative Provision Team. For information, contact the family hub.
Local Offer SEND Surgeries - A drop-in opportunity to speak with professionals about SEND services, support, and guidance. Visit the Hounslow Local Offer website for future dates and venues.
Maternal Mood Clinic - Appointments with a Health Visitor to discuss emotional wellbeing during pregnancy and early parenthood. Call 020 8973 3490 to book.
Maternal Support Appointments - Appointments with a Health Visitor for advice and support during pregnancy and early parenthood. Call 020 3808 3380 to book.
Non Walkers - A welcoming group for parents and carers with non-walking babies. Meet other families, ask questions, share experiences, and enjoy a song or story together.
Parent Carer Panel - Help shape Family Hub services by sharing your experiences and ideas. Open to parents, carers, grandparents, and other caregivers. Refreshments and a crèche are provided. To attend, email the Family Hub
Parent-Infant Psychotherapy Appointments - Delivered by the Parent Infant Realtionship Service (PAIRS), these appointments support strong parent-infant relationships and help families understand and respond to their baby's emotional needs.
Perinatal Appointments - Support for mental health and wellbeing during pregnancy and your baby's first year. Access is by referral from a Midwife or Health Visitor.
Postnatal Clinic - Appointments with a West Middlesex Hospital Midwife following the birth of your baby.
SEND Local Offer - Support for parents, carers, and young people to access information and services available through Hounslow's SEND Local Offer for children and young people aged 0-25 years.
Sensory Room Bookings - A calm sensory space for children with SEND or additional needs to explore and learn. Staff are available for support if needed.
Sharing Their World - A welcoming group for parents and carers of children aged 0-5 years with additional needs, diagnosed or undiagnosed, including speech and language concerns.
Stay and Play - A fun and welcoming session where parents, carers, and young children can play, learn, and socialise together while supporting early development and confidence.
Stay and Play Plus - A smaller, nurturing play session for children who may benefit from additional support. Activities encourage sensory exploration, communication, and motor skill development.
Stay & Play with CAMHS - Enjoy all the benefits of Stay and Play, with additional opportunities to speak with CAMHS professionals about your child's emotional wellbeing and development.
Story & Rhyme Time - A fun session of songs, rhymes, Makaton signing, and stories to support communication and language development.
Toddler TLC - A Parent and Infant Relationship Service group (PAIRS) for toddlers and their parents/carers. Play, connect, and strengthen relationships in a supportive environment.
Triple P for Baby - A 4-session course to help parents build confidence and support their baby's development
Young Parents Group - A friendly, supportive group for parents aged 25 and under to meet others, share experiences, and enjoy activities with their child.
Youth Outreach Sessions - The Youth Outreach Team works within the local community, offering advice, mentoring, and activities for young people. Contact details will be displayed at the Family Hub during sessions.
Video Interaction Guidance (VIG) - Uses video feedback to strengthen parent-child relationships and build confidence
