Baby Massage - delivered by the PAIRS Team
Age: suitable for parents/ carers with babies from 6 weeks to 6 months.
Time: 10am to 11am
Notes: A 5-week course to learn how to use nurturing touch to help you and your baby feel more relaxed together. Up to 8 families per group. Booking is required by emailing the Family Hub.

Sharing Their World
Age: 0 to 5 years with additional needs

Session details: A relaxed, friendly and supportive group for parents/carers; specifically tailored for children with additional needs, with or without a diagnosis; including concerns of speech delay

Stay and Play
Age: 0 to 5 years
Time: 1.15 to 2.30pm
Session details: A welcoming session for parents, carers, and young children to play and learn together. Enjoy a range of activities in a safe space, with adults encouraged to join in. Connect with other families and staff while supporting early learning, social skills, and confidence. Speak to a member of staff if you have concerns about your child’s development.

Advice and Support
Age: 0 to 19 or 25 years with SEND
Time: 3 to 5pm

Family Store
Note: Items for children aged 0 to 5 years
Time: 3 to 4pm
Session details: Donations from one family to another. This includes clothes, toys and equipment. Collection and drop off's are welcome.

Childcare, Early Years Education and Starting School Nursery information sessions

For parents/carers to ask questions about funded childcare, finding childcare, early education and starting school nursery class. The session is delivered by Hounslow’s Family Information Service (FIS).
Prebooked appointments and drop-ins available. Mondays between 9.30am to 3.30pm, 13 and 27 April, 11 May, 8 and 22 June, 6 and 20 July.

SEND Local Offer Drop in session

Drop-in sessions for parents, carers, and young people to gain support using Hounslow's Local Offer website. The SEND Local Offer outlines services and support available for children and young people aged 0 to 25 years in Hounslow who have SEND.

Citizens Advice - Drop-In

Citizens Advice Outreach provide a drop-in advice session offering free, support sessions for local residents and can help with many issues including Benefits, Debt, Housing, Family, Relationships and Employment.

Session details: A quiet space for children with SEND or additional needs, filled with sensory equipment to help them explore and learn.

Infant Feeding Support - Walk and Talk (NCT)
Age: Families with children aged 2 to 5 years - no session 28 April
Time: 11am to 12.30pm. NCT led Meeting at 11am at the Watermans Centre Bus Stop (Riverside), High Street, Brentford.
Session detailsNCT-led buggy-friendly walk. We'll take a gentle stroll to the Brentford Family Hub, arriving around 11.30am. There, you can relax with a cup of tea, let your little ones play, and connect with other parents. NCT trained peer supporters will be available to discuss any infant feeding concerns you may have

Parent Carer Panel

Tuesday 12 May and 7 July, 1 to 2.45pm (Booking Required).
We invite mums, dads, grandparents, and carers to join us and learn about Family Hub services. It’s a chance to share your experiences and help shape the services we offer. Stay and Play with CAMHS
Age: 0 to 5 years
Time: 10 to 11.15am - no session 4 June
Session details: A fun, stimulating and safe environment for parents and children (0-5 years) to take part in together. If you have concerns regarding your child’s development, please speak to a member of staff.

Child Development Reviews
Time: 11.30am to 3pm - no session 4 June

CAMHS Consultations
Age: 2 to 5 years
Time: 12 to 5pm - no session 4 June
Notes: By appointment only. To book an appointment or for further information please contact the Family Hub.
Session details: Parents and carers can gain support regarding their child’s emotional wellbeing and early relationships, from the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) Under 5s team. A member of the CAMHS team can listen to and support parents/ carers with any queries. The team can also explore whether any further support may be required from CAMHS or other services.

Youth Outreach Sessions
Age: 0 - 19 years (or 25 years with SEND)
Time: 3 to 5pm
Session details: The team will be in the local area doing youth outreach, using the Family Hub as a base to engage with young people from the local community. The team will provide advice, mentoring and activities for young people. The team may not always be in the Family Hub but will be close-by to come back to meet residents and young people. Contact details will be signposted on the doors.

Cook and Eat Programme

Healthy Hounslow offers a FREE 6-week Cook and Eat programme for local residents in the Borough. Each session includes hands-on cooking and nutrition information, as well as focussing on eating well on a budget and building confidence with cooking!

Non walkers
Age: Babies and children not yet walking
Time: 1 to 2.15pm
Session details: A relaxed and welcoming space to meet other families, ask questions about your babies: development, weaning, breastfeeding and play together. Each session ends with a short song or story time.

Triple P for Baby Course (Booking Required).
Whether you’re pregnant or your baby is already here, Triple P for Baby helps parents and carers who are looking for tips and ideas to help them navigate the challenges that come with having a new baby. It’s a toolbox of proven, positive strategies with a variety of practical ways to promote your baby’s development, build a stronger bond and support their emotional and physical health. Video Interaction Guidance (VIG) (Booking Required)
VIG is a strengths-based approach that uses video recordings to help support relationships between parents and their babies or toddlers. A trained practitioner will film the family together and then show those moments of connection back, in order to build confidence and support positive change.
Delivered by the Parent and Infant Relationship Service (PAIRS) Team.
