Lampton Leisure invites young people in the community to join their free physical activity sessions.
The Free To Be Me programme offers multi-sport sessions, gym access, athletics, and dance classes, creating safe and welcoming spaces for all children, regardless of background or ability. These sessions are held across several of our leisure centres, making it easier for young people to stay active, build confidence, and develop healthy habits for life.
