Hounslow's Family Hubs
Family Hubs are a friendly and safe environment for babies, children, young people, parents and carers to access support and services they need to build thriving lives. They provide a single point of contact for families with children aged 0-19, or up to 25 years old if they have special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Family Hubs deliver a range of joined-up services, focusing particularly on parenting support, infant feeding support, early language support and perinatal mental health support.
By connecting families with these services, we will help address their needs and enable them to build positive relationships with their children and the people delivering the services.
