Early Years Online Provider Portal Guidance

Information contained in the guides below will only be of use to you if you are an Early Years Childcare Provider or School.  You will need to have successfully logged into the portal after receiving your user ID and password.

Use this section if you need to:

  • Request to Add a New User Form – to allow a new user to have access to the Provider Portal
  • Request to Close a User Account Form – to inform the LA that a member of staff has left your organisation or no longer requires access to the Provider Portal.
  • Change Request Form – to inform the LA of any changes required by authorised users i.e. change of surname, new email address, new mobile phone, request for a change in security level to 2FA
