Family Support

Family support can be information, a service, a support group and more. Every family is different and will have different needs at different times. It is important that parents can find the help they need when they need it. 
Information and support for the first 1,001 days from conception to a baby’s second birthday, covering midwifery, health visiting, infant feeding, specialist breastfeeding support and more
Local and National support services for families in need of support covering financial, health, wellbeing, parenting, parenting courses and so much more
Family Hubs are for every family with children aged 0-19 (25 with a disability). You can go to a local hub to connect with a range of services that can address your needs at the earliest opportunity.

How to Report a Concern about the Safety of a Child or Young Person

If you think that a child has been harmed or is at immediate risk of harm, please call Children's Services on 020 8583 6600, option 2, then option 3 between Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Outside of these times, please call 020 8583 2222.
