How to Report a Concern about the Safety of a Child or Young Person

If you think that a child has been harmed or is at immediate risk of harm, please call Children's Services on 020 8583 6600, option 2, then option 3 between Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Outside of these times, please call 020 8583 2222.

If you need to make a self referral or referral on behalf of someone, use one of the following forms
