Free Childcare for 2-Year-Olds for Families with No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF)
If you are not a UK citizen and your immigration status says 'No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF)', you may still be able to get 15 hours of Early Learning for your 2 year old child.
How to apply
- Complete the application form.
- Send the completed form with the documents listed below to fis@hounslow.gov.uk
Documents you must provide
Proof of immigration status - Each parent must provide their Share Code.
Income and savings
To qualify, your family must have:
£16,000 or less in savings, investments, and other capital
Your total household income each year must not be more than:
- £34,500 if you live in London and have one child.
- £38,600 if you live in London and have two or more children.
Your household income includes:
- Wages from employment
- Income from self-employment
- Any other financial support or income received by you or your partner
Proof of income required
You and your partner (if you have one), must provide the following:
You and your partners last 3 months:
- bank statements for each parent
- payslips for each parent or an employment contract
Or:
- Proof of self-employed income
