21 and co Downs syndrome
Is a parent run support group based around Southwest London and Surrey dedicated to giving support to families who have children and young people with Down's syndrome.

All Aboard Club runs inclusive play sessions for children with autism and ADHD.

For autistic people, families, friends and carers live in Hounslow and we do fun things and strive to enjoy life.

London Borough of Hounslow’s Music Service was established in 1980 to provide instrumental lessons for the borough’s young people. The service has a team of more than 70 professional music tutors who teach more than 12,000 pupils in Hounslow schools.

Royal Society for Blind Children
RSBC are here to support you and your family if you have a blind or partially sighted child aged 0-25.

We provide Family Matters, our parents support service, in Richmond and Hounslow. Our Family Matters Advisors provide practical support, advice and information to families with children with disabilities and/or additional needs who are feeling under pressure or who are experiencing difficulties.

Young people aged 13–18 are very welcome at any of our services, and can attend without an appointment during opening hours. If you are coming in without an appointment, please arrive no later than 1 hour before we close.

SEND Play Sessions & Parties

Shooting Star Chase provides support to families from diagnosis to end of life and throughout bereavement with a range of nursing, practical, emotional and medical care. There are lots of online groups as well this page has the details of some recommended by parents.

Short Breaks give children and young people a chance to spread their wings, whilst helping ease the load on parents and guardians.

Skylarks (Me too & Co) is an independent charity that provides activities and therapies for children with disabilities and additional needs. We also support and provide therapies, courses and information for their whole families. Help families from different boroughs.

Volunteering Matters (befriending service)
Befriending young people living in care in Hounslow. Part of the Independent Visitor Service which is a statutory requirement for local authorities to provide.

We're Young Hounslow Sexual Health (YHSH), a sexual health service for young people up to 24 years old in the London Borough of Hounslow. We provide non-judgemental support and help you to feel confident in yourself, sexual health, and relationships.

Is for all children with special needs, 0-18 years old. Our goal, support all ill children, break down barriers and raise awareness together.
