If you are between 16-24, have a learning or other disability and you have recently become unemployed due to the pandemic, Ealing Mencap’s Job Start Project can help you with:
➔ CV and cover letter writing
➔ how and where to look for jobs
➔ completing job applications
➔ mock interviews
➔ speaking to an employer about your needs and reasonable adjustments
To get some help a young person
• have a learning/other disability
• be between 16-24 years of age
• be a Ealing or Hounslow resident
• ideally have recently become unemployed
The service is available to provide a 12 week 1:1 support programme and help with CV building, job searching, applications, interview preparation and speaking to employers.
