When you should request an assessment Occupation therapy is available for children aged 0 to 19 who have signs of:

Support is available in clinics, at home and in schools and nurseries.
How to get an assessment A child needs to be referred by their GP, a health professional or school.
They also need to be registered with a Hounslow GP, or one of these three Ealing GP practices.
