We support families living in London and Surrey, providing care for the whole family and offering a bespoke service to suit their needs.

Our support is free of charge to families and includes a comprehensive range of therapies and support groups for the whole family, specialist nursing care and respite at our two hospices, symptom management, end-of-life care and bereavement support.
Family Support Line
Our Family Support Line, which is run by our family support workers, can be accessed by either phoning 01483 230 974 or emailing familysupport@shootingstar.org.uk 9am-4pm Monday to Friday. You can use our Family Support Line if you need advice or support, would just like someone to talk to, if you want to discuss respite or if you would like to be referred for counselling or therapies.
