The Community Dental Services provides routine dental care and inhalation sedation to patients who otherwise experience difficulty accessing dental care as a consequence of one of the following special circumstances:
- Moderate to severe learning or physical disability
- Complex medical history where condition/medication necessitates special care prior to/during/post dental treatment
e.g. poorly controlled epilepsy. Cystic fibrosis & haemophilia. - Children under the age of 16 with learning disabilities, with severe dental decay who have difficulties accepting treatment upon referral.
Please note that this clinic is a medical referral-only service.
The service is provided for patients living in the Borough of Hounslow and registered with a Hounslow GP.
