West area activities and support

*Ticket System - Some sessions have a ticket system in place. Tickets will be given out 10 minutes before the session begins. This is on a first come first served basis. Families should stand in a line upon arrival, to ensure tickets are given out fairly.

Wednesdays - No session 2 December
  • Infant Feeding drop-in (West Middlesex) - 9.30 to 11.15am Drop-in
  • Baby and Toddler Group - 10 to 11am. 0-2 years
Thursdays and Fridays - No session 1 and 22 October
  • LEAD Tuition - 9 to 4pm (term time only) - 5 Years + with SEND. Appointments Only

Sessions details

Baby and Toddler Group - A relaxed and welcoming space to meet other families. Get advice about development, weaning, breastfeeding etc. Each session ends with a short song or story.
Child Development Reviews - Appointments Only. To make an appointment with your Health Visitor call 020 3808 3380.
Home-start Play & Support Group - A safe, nurturing and creative session for families to play, explore and experiment. By referral only - speak to the Children's Centre staff or call 020 8487 8500 
Infant Feeding drop-in (West Middlesex) - Run by West Middlesex Maternity Department.
LEAD Tuition - A flexible and alternative space for children and young people aged 5+ with SEND, to access education. Arranged through the Alternative Provision Team (Lifelong Learning Skills and Employment). For information email familyhub@hounslow.gov.uk
Making it Real - Making It Real' supports families in building children’s early literacy skills together, while encouraging the home as a rich learning environment. These engaging, fun sessions are designed for parents, carers, and children to enjoy and learn side by side
Stay and Play - A welcoming session for parents, carers, and young children to play and learn together. Enjoy a range of activities in a safe space, with adults encouraged to join in. Connect with other families and staff while supporting early learning, social skills, and confidence.
