We only collect the necessary information to respond to your enquiry. You may choose to provide additional information to help with your enquiry.
Lawful Basis for Collection Under the Children’s Act 2006, we have a legal duty to provide families with clear information, advice, and guidance. This helps families know what services are available to them, including childcare, activities, and support services.

Access to Your Data You can request to see the data you submitted and ask for it to be deleted if it is still within the retention period. This is known as a Subject Access Request.
Childcare Providers Registered childcare providers’ contact information, except for childminders, is publicly available via the Ofsted website and published on the FSD. Childminders must consent to have their details published and can withdraw their consent at any time.
