Booking and cancellations

To book: Use the Evoucher you received from your child's school. The Evoucher will show a link where you can view providers in the area and make bookings. See the step by step guidance for using your Evoucher.
To cancel: Inform the providers you have booked with of any cancellations as soon as possible. This allows others to benefit from the programme.

Heston in the Community

Heston in the Community welcomes young people to an exciting and action-packed summer programme full of sports, creativity, adventure and unforgettable experiences. Young people will enjoy a wide range of engaging activities including football and multi-sports, wellbeing sessions, mentoring and personal development support, music studio experiences, arts and crafts, tie-dye and slime making, karaoke, quizzes, gaming room and food preparation.

Joy Sports: Fun, Friends & Adventure!

Join Joy Sports Academy Ltd this summer for an exciting holiday programme packed with energy, creativity, and non-stop fun! Children will enjoy a fantastic variety of Football, Dodgeball, Dance, Team Games, Arts & Crafts, Treasure Hunts, Multi-Sports, Creative Activities and much more! FREE hot meals provided every day. Extended childcare available until 5:00pm for just £12 per day.

EduKicks Martial Arts

Join EduKicks this summer for an action-packed martial arts programme designed to build confidence, discipline and physical fitness in a fun and inclusive environment. Led by internationally qualified, DBS-checked coaches, children will enjoy dynamic martial arts sessions, team challenges and an introduction to the foundations of martial arts. Food provision is included. Places are limited — book early to avoid disappointment!

Inv3ntive Football Academy

Join us this summer for an exciting HAF holiday camp packed with sports, games, and enrichment activities for children aged 6–14 years old. Children will enjoy football, dodgeball, relay races, team games, arts & crafts, and more in a safe, fun, and inclusive environment led by qualified coaches. A hot lunch is provided daily.

Sports Plus

This Summer Sports Plus will be offering a Multisport course for all primary school aged children. Each day children will take part on 4 dedicated sports sessions with a variety of activities including Football, Dodgeball, Tennis, Basketball, Gymnastics, Jag Tag and Scooter Hockey. We will also be providing a mixture of non-sporting games for children each day including Lego Engineering, Movie Afternoon, Arts and Crafts and Puzzle Club. Our camp will provide lots of activities, some fantastic food and a full day of fun!

Get Active, Stay Active

Get Active Stay Active delivers a high-quality holiday programme led by experienced school staff, sports specialists and qualified first aiders. Skillz4Life Sports Coaching

Running multi-sport camps during the summer holidays, offering children the chance to have fun while learning exciting new skills across a variety of sports and activities. KPOP Dance Week
21-24 July, 10am-2pm
Think your dancing is golden?! Ready to perform like a real K-pop superstar?! Throughout the week, you’ll learn exciting routines inspired by the world of global pop groups while building confidence, teamwork and amazing stage presence. You’ll rehearse together in a real theatre space, practise performing with serious idol energy and maybe even discover your inner pop icon! At the end of the week, you’ll hit the stage for a live showcase and show family and friends that you were born to perform!
Pokémon-Inspired Performance Week
27–30 July, 10am-2pm
Ready to catch ‘em all… on stage?! During this action-packed week, you’ll use singing, acting and movement to create your very own creature-inspired theatrical adventure! You’ll take part in games, rehearsals and creative challenges as you build characters, learn songs and bring exciting worlds to life. At the end of the week, you’ll take to the stage for a live performance and show family and friends just how strong your performer skills have become!
Superhero Academy: Show in a Week
10-13 August, 10am-2pm
Think you’ve got what it takes to join the Superhero Academy?! Could you be a girl who can control ice and snow to save the day? Or an ordinary boy who suddenly gets bitten by a spider and discovers amazing powers? Throughout the week, you’ll create your own superhero character, discover your special abilities and take part in exciting acting challenges, drama games and action-packed storytelling adventures. You’ll rehearse together in a real theatre setting before taking to the stage for an epic live performance for family and friends!
How Far I'll Go/Under the Sea Musical Theatre Week
17-20 August, 10am-2pm
Ready to set sail on an unforgettable musical adventure?! Dive into a magical week of singing, dancing and theatre fun inspired by ocean kingdoms, adventurous island voyages and life beneath the waves. Every day is packed with imagination, creativity and performance magic. At the end of the week, you’ll take to the stage for a fin-tastic live showcase for family and friends!
