Tiny Toez Pre-School @ Hunter House
Our setting is minutes away from the high street yet in the heart of a large residential area. Steered by graduate leaders, we provide Early Years care and education that ensures your child thrives in an enriching environment with a sense of belonging. At our setting, we put into practice our belief that education and fun do come hand in hand! With a bright and stimulating environment and a large multi-purpose outdoor area, our children are provided with endless opportunities to meet their individual goals.
There are plenty of opportunities for child-led play which means the children can own their individual learning and next steps and be in charge of what they learn and our Early Years Educators are there all the time, ensuring they’re safe, and ready with suggestions or open questions to stimulate problem solving skills and further play and learning.
We believe children flourish outdoors, close to nature in the fresh air and they thrive on it! We balance safety, on the one hand, and children’s natural desire to take risks, on the other. So, our play area with climbing equipment and slides has a soft-landing surface for those little bodies. In addition to climbing and balancing opportunities, we also ensure that all areas of learning are covered in the outdoor space and open ended resources are available for children to explore to their hearts desire!
With the help of Early Years log, we are now freeing up our practitioner's time so they can focus even more on your child. What’s more, wherever you are, you can have instant secure online access to your key person’s observations of your child, maybe even a photo, video or audio clip. This means you are just a touchscreen away from your child. Genuine two-way communication wherever you and your smart phone might be!
Led by a management team consisting of Early Years Teachers, the staff team at the setting consists of a practitioners who are qualified, fun loving and have the passion for working with children. We also take the opportunity to recruit apprentices who are extremely keen to soak up all that knowledge and experience our practitioners have to offer and they make a fantastic addition to the team; together they are able to push for excellence and ensure that all children in their care are encouraged to reach their full potential.
