Mum's Babies and Bumps project

The Mum's Babies and Bumps Project is a service offering free baby and maternity clothes , Toys, toiletries and equipment to families who are in need, offering additional support for Hounslow residents and neighbouring areas. 


We welcome both second hand and nearly new clothes for both mum and baby. We also collect

  • Toiletries for both mum and baby
  • Baths/towels
  • Baby toys
  • shoes for baby.

We do not except anything electrical, car seats or mattresses, due to health and safety.

Referral required?
Who needs to make the referral?
In response to COVID-19 and social distancing the project is currently not able to offer drop-in referrals or the social groups, until lockdown has ended. The project is now taking email or phone referrals, this can be from any other organisation  who are  supporting families in need or from all Health and social care services, Schools, Job Centre’s, Children’s Centre’s and GP’s and the like.  The project now operate and offers a doorstep drop to those in need in response to COVID-19, following government and health guidelines.

  • BA(Hons) social work
  • Valid DBS check
  • Fully insured
  • Any volunteers are DBS checked

The Church does have some accessibility and we are situated on the ground floor. Wheelchair access is available There is no other special equipment such as hand rails
