Little George’s is a 38 place friendly and caring day nursery, which provides a stimulating, warm and safe environment where children are given the opportunity to participate in a variety of experiences which include; Forest School, Pals, Letters and Sounds, Physical literacy sessions, parent activity days and outings.
At Little George’s we provide ample opportunities for the children to freely explore the setting and resources. All our equipment has been obtained by a reliable source and are age appropriate. The resources that have been set up in the setting is a reflection on the children interests to which gives the children the confidence to lead topics and focus activities within the setting. This will contribute to the children’s daily planning, to which parents are supported and encouraged to also contribute in every aspect of the nursery.
We promote the importance of working together with our parents to develop the children’s learning where by using the EYLog system, this allows us to publish observations and photos immediately for the parents to view.
