Bright Horizons Chiswick Day Nursery and Preschool
Our Chiswick nursery opened in 2012 and is a stunning purpose designed facility sitting in acres of green land as part of the Quintin Hogg memorial ground just between the A316 and the A4. It is a beautiful building with huge floor to ceiling curved glass windows which look out onto the green grass of the playing fields. Huge emphasis has been placed on light and space in this facility and in what has resulted, there couldn’t be a better nursery environment.
As with all of our nurseries, it is fitted with a full complement of specialist studios, Performing Arts and Music (for drama, general dance, ballet, music and yoga), our fabulous fully equipped Art Studio, and Science and IT studio. For our younger babies, they have their own special haven in the form of a Sensory Room, a soothing, mystical place full of wondrous things to look at, touch, and discover, an ever changing constant source of delight. In fact, all the children (and staff) love it – it’s a haven of relaxation.
Alongside all these specialist rooms, the children also have their home rooms where they can rest, read, develop essential language, literacy and numeracy skills, do puzzles, and engage in other preschool learning activities. The nursery also benefits from separate changing and wash rooms which are en-suite to every studio or home room, separate milk kitchens for babies and a separate sleeping room for the babies with their very own cot so that they can rest undisturbed by nursery life around them.
Our stunning new natural garden benefits from mud kitchen, sensory path, a beautiful water wall and so much more fun filled areas to explore.
