Baby Massage Online Workshop with Mandy and Sarah
Baby massage is calming for both parents and babies, as touch helps you to bond with your baby. It has been proven to benefit babies and parents in many ways, which include:
- Easing tummy troubles such as constipation, colic and digestion.
- Helps to establish a routine.
- Helps with sleep.
- Strengthens and encourages flexibility of muscles.
We teach parents how to massage their babies, using safe and easy massage techniques. Suitable for babies 6 weeks to 6 months. This workshop includes a video and information sheet being sent out beforehand by email, so you can practice the techniques with your baby before joining the live session. During the Live session this video will be displayed and there will be opportunities to ask questions and practice the different techniques alongside the video and other families. The session will end with a few rhymes.
To sign up to this session, please send an email; including your full name, Postcode, Telephone Number, child/ren's full name and child/ren's DOB to Mandy.email@example.com
