Calm Zone for Young People - Childline
Childline has launched Calm Zone - an online hub of calming techniques and resources for young people to help them feel better when they feel anxious, scared or sad.
The resources include some breathing exercises help one feel calmer and more relaxed, activities and tools to allow proactive action to make young people feel positive, and games and videos to give them a different focus which can be really helpful to let go of stress.
