Middlesex Shotokan Karate is a family friendly club dedicated to providing high quality training to adults and children (5+) since 1980. We welcome new members of all levels from beginners to Dan grades. Self defence, discipline, health and fitness are at the core of our teaching as is a commitment to help each and every student reach their goals.
Our sessions bring together the traditional discipline of Shotokan Karate and effective fitness development for all of our students.
Our syllabus focuses on teaching basic techniques (Kihon), pre-arranged sparring (Kumite) and forms (Kata) with great emphasis on the application of the techniques (Bunkai).

All Instructors are DBS checked, First Aid trained and registered with Karate Governing Body (FEKO).
