Green Corridor - Pick, Cook, Serve

Support offered for children with special educational needs and disabilities

Our Catering and Hospitality courses are run at our site near Heathrow Terminal 5, in our brand new catering kitchen. Our courses are for young people aged 16 - 25 who are not currently in work or employment. All courses are free to learners, classes no bigger than 6 to 1 tutor and are run by qualified tutors who have also worked in their field. You just need to make your way to Heathrow Terminal 5 bus shelter and we will pick up and take you to our site.

Lunch is provided, all learners get individual learning plans and support into employment after their course. The 12 week courses run 2 days per week learning about catering and the industry that surrounds it.

Within the course you could learn:

  • How to make bread
  • Cooking healthy dinners
  • Cooking on a budget
  • Food all around the world
  • Food Hygiene
  • About the catering industry
  • Serving customers
  • And lots more!
