Young Minds is the UK’s leading charity committed to improving the emotional wellbeing and mental health of children and young people. 

The telephone helpline is for any adult in the UK who is concerned about the emotional problems or behaviour of a child or young person up to the age of 25. 

Opening hours are 9.30am-4pm Monday to Friday. Calls from landlines and most mobiles (3, O2, Orange, T-mobile, Virgin and Vodafone) are free

The Young Minds Parents Helpline can help you with a variety of concerns about a child, including:
 depression
 behavioural problems
 anxiety and phobias
 self injury
 drugs and alcohol
