Family Links Parenting Programme @ Brentford Children's Centre (starting 19 April) An 11-week Parenting Programme, offering simple effective tools to help parents and children understand and manage feelings and behaviour.

HENRY Healthy Living Workshops @ Beavers Children's Centre (starting 20 April) The sessions will cover topics such as healthy eating, exercise and shopping on a budget.

Family Fortunes @ Crane Park Children's Centre (Starting 20 April) This is a free course that will give you money saving tips and introduce good money habits delivered by Hounslow Adult & Community Education

Strengthening Families, Strengthening Communities Programme (starting 25- April) The programme focuses on preventing anti-social behaviour and violence against the self, the family and the community

Henry @ Crane Park Children's Centre  (starting June) Healthy eating and nutrient for the very young, is a 8 week group programme designed to give parents with an under 5, the tools and skills they will need for a healthy family lifestyle.

Welcare SW London will be delivering Strengthening Families, Strengthening Communities (starting September) designed to increase parents’ and carers confidence and skills through group discussions, family activities, community speakers and practical hands-on sessions.

ZAP is a FREE one-day workshop for children and young people aged 9-16 who have experienced bullying, funded by the Big Lottery Fund. These are offered by Kidscape and run fortnightly.

Family Lives offer online parenting courses - six interactive blocks filled with helpful techniques and ideas that we know will help you become a more confident and happy parent

Parent Channel TV is a free video service designed to support and encourage parents and carers of children from ages 0-19, with a collection of over 200 videos addressing day-to-day questions and concerns spanning wellbeing, behaviour and learning

Pregnancy in Mind  Group work programme for mum’s and dad’s –to-be between 12 and 26 weeks of pregnancy. Parents who are under the Care of West Middlesex Hospital are eligible to refer and can self-refer or be referred by their midwife, GP or social worker.
