Row-Fit - Every Tuesday after school. From 21 January, 6 to7pm

Canoe-Fit - Every Thursday after school. From 23 January 6 to 7pm.

Both courses are followed by a heavily subsidised 4 day on water Easter rowing camp from 7 to 10 or 14 to 17 April.

We are a competitive swimming club based in West London. Our squads cover a range of abilities to suit every swimmer's needs and capabilities. We welcome swimmers of all abilities and ambitions. You can be aiming to compete at competitions, or like to swim for fitness

We are a local football club who cater for boys girls and pan disability boys and girls . The girls are a new group to our club from the ages of 4-11 Weetabix Wildcats and 12-14 Squad girls . We train on Saturday mornings 10-11.30 on grass pitches at Bolder Academy Macfarlane Lane Osterley TW7 5DB.Booking required.
