The SEND Surgery Session is a drop in service to be held at Alf King Family Hub (formally Childrens Centre) 7 Hanworth Road, Feltham, TW13 5AF
This is a Hounslow Council run SEND service, offering advice and guidance for Parent Carers who have children 0 to 25 years of age who have SEND.
The individual sessions will have professionals from the following teams:
- EHCP plan
- Therapies – Speech & Language
- SEND Travel Assistance
- Early Help
- General Information
- SENDIASS
This is a “Pilot scheme” (the very first) and will run half termly around the Borough. We ask for your understanding and welcome and encourage your feedback on the session to help develop future sessions.
Please note the following:
You are welcome to bring your young children we do not have any child care arrangements at these sessions.
Young people will not be assessed for an EHCP at these sessions.
We cannot discuss confidential matters regarding children at these sessions.
Hot drinks will not be allowed inside the building.
