Course Outline
This 2-hour online workshop is an opportunity to explore the foundations of being a strong and effective leader in an Early Years setting.
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
- Understand the key responsibilities of an Early Years leader
- Recognise effective leadership behaviours and communication skills
- Reflect on personal leadership strengths and development areas
- This course is also a prerequisite to the New to Leadership Network
