The Parent Portal allows parents / carers to apply for school places in Hounslow for their children during the school year.
If your child has an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP), you cannot apply via this portal. Please contact the Special Educational Needs team for your home Local Authority. If your child lives in Hounslow, the contact details for the SEN team are;
With your application you must submit the following documents electronically - make sure you have these documents saved to your PC before you start your application
- Council tax bill or 3 different proof of address documents (must show your full name and address used on the application)
- Child's ID documents
- Parent's ID documents
- Boarding passes (if newly arrived to the UK)
Please DO NOT return to or edit your application once submitted as this could cancel your application. Email email@example.com to request a change or submit further information/documents.
It is not necessary for you to contact us once you have submitted your application and received email confirmation. School Admissions will contact you if we require any further information.
