Activities listed below are for all children, many of which are free. For activities where there is a charge, this is listed in the information.

Holiday Activities and Food programme (HAF) - If you have a child of school age from reception to year 11 (inclusive) and you receive benefits-related free school meals (FSM), you should have been given a voucher by your school giving you access to many more activities. Find out more about HAF

Easter at Boston Manor Park (FREE)

Monday 3 April, 2-3pm Nightlife in the Park, (and a bat walk at 7.30pm with detectors). Come and learn about the creatures that come out at night and do some fun activities in the process! Meet at Park Hub for daytime session and on the lawn by the lake for the evening bat walk.

Tuesday 4 April, 10.30am-12.30pm, Create a new canal-side path. All ages welcome, gloves and equipment provided. Meet at Park Hub then we will head down to the lower meadow by the canal. Join us there if you are late.

Wednesday 5 April, 10.30am. Make a mosaic for Boston Manor Park. Aimed at over 8 years old. Meet promptly at Park Hub. Please email to confirm your place bostonmanorpark@hounslow.gov.uk

Thursday 6 April, 2-3pm. Spring gardening session. Plant up a pretty pot of spring flowers, aimed at over 6 years. Meet at Park Hub.

Friday 7 April: Nature Storytelling performances by incredible storyteller Creeping Toad. 10.30am Performance for all; 2pm Performance and session specifically for SEND and neuro-divergent children. Meet by Park Hub.

Wednesday 12 April, 10- 11.15am Toddler Spring Woodland Adventure session. For our youngest park visitors (under 5s) and their carer/parent. No booking required. Meet at Park Hub.

Sunday 16 April, 11am-12pm. Guided Nature Walk with Vanessa, Park Manager. Join Vanessa for a nature walk aimed at the whole family. Meet by the wooden QEII crown sculpture on the main lawn.

We’re jumping back to the Victorian times where Lizzie the kitchen maid will guide you through how the Victorians enjoyed their chocolate. Indulge in a nice hot chocolate drink, make some flower decorations and play some outside games. Of course, it would not be Easter without a choctastic egg hunt in the grounds of Gunnersbury’s beautiful park.

Black History Through Chiswick (Opens in New Window)

Hounslow Action for Youth (HAY) and Chiswick House and Gardens Trust are excited to share an exciting project for young women in Hounslow!

We have uncovered stories of the BAME community and their contributions to Hounslow. We would like to re-tell these stories creatively- through art, photography, poetry or any other creative output chosen by the group. The creative stories will be displayed in an exhibition in Chiswick House. The project is free to attend for young women from Hounslow aged 14-21 years old. We will provide refreshments and travel.
