It explores the causes behind difficult behaviour and offers practical strategies to support children constructively. Learners will gain confidence in using effective communication and behaviour management techniques suitable for all age groups.

- The online assessment is taken on completion of the training material. 20 multiple choice questions (pass mark: 80%)
