Brighter Futures for Under Fives. Hounslow Children’s Centres support families with children aged 0-5 years by offering various universal and targeted services across a range of venues.
Children’s Centres are split in to three main areas:
East area (Chiswick, Brentford and Isleworth),
West area (Feltham, Bedfont and Hanworth)
Central area (Cranford, Heston, Hounslow and Norwood Green)
Details of all Children's Centres current services and activities can be found under the search headings and filters or if you are looking for a specific location or activity, you can search by keywords or postcode in the search boxes. e.g. entering ‘Lampton’ in the keywords will return everything that is taking place at Lampton Children’s Centre.

Please be sure to call if the groups or activities need booking. All other sessions are first come, first served. In order for everyone to have a safe and enjoyable time some sessions have a limit on the number of children who may attend at any one time.
Sessions in the central area which require booking: From Mondays 11am onwards by calling 020 8583 5805.
Sessions in the West area which require booking: 3 working days before the session

All activities in our Children's Centres aim to be both welcoming and inclusive to all children including those with special needs or disabilities.
If your child has a specific need and you would like to discuss before coming along, please call the relevant centre and ask for the Children's Centre Group Manager.

Children’s Centre are committed to the personal development of all children regardless of ability. We recognise the diverse and individual needs of all of our children and families and take into account the additional support required by those children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
All staff have a whole centre approach to Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. All staff work together to ensure the inclusion of all children. We are committed to ensuring that children with SEND achieve their full potential. We believe in positive intervention: removing barriers to learning: raising expectations and accelerating levels of progress and achievement. As a Children centre we also work in partnership with other agencies to ensure that all of our SEND children have a positive experience when they attend the centre.
The government provides free early learning to 2, 3 and 4 year olds.
Eligible 2 year olds are entitled to free childcare and early learning. This depends on your family income or the child’s circumstances. Read more….

Brighter Futures for under fives - children's centres Mission Statement
We are committed to ensuring that all of our under fives are safe and free from all kinds of harm. We will provide opportunities for all children to enjoy life in good health and progress well to achieve their full potential, allowing them to make a real contribution to the world they live in. We will work with families to meet their needs, achieving positive outcomes for everyone.
We will judge our success by:
- Families with young children, from the whole community, choosing to use our services to achieve their aspirations and meet their needs
- Showing we have helped families and children to improve their lives, and reduced inequality
- Demonstrating that our service increases children’s safety and well-being
